Itinerary
10 Days / 9 Nights
Leh airport Pickup (4 kms /15 mins approx.)
- Upon your arrival at Leh airport, you will be picked up and welcomed by our representative.
- Then you will be transferred to your reserved accomodation.
- Check-in to the hotel and take some time for rest to unwind the day.
- In the evening, visit Leh market, and explore Leh palace.
- Also make a visit to Shanti stupa.
- Overnight stay in Leh.
Leh - Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
- Have breakfast, drive to Nubra valley through Khardung La Pass (the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft.).
- Making stops and taking short breaks at roadside cafes , take photos around the amazing view.
- Upon your arrival, check-in to the hotel/camp.
- After having lunch, enjoy an adventurous camel safari with double humped camels unique to ladakh and Mongolia at the Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hundur village.
- Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Explore Hunder, Turtuk, Thang (190 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, drive to Thang valley (the last village of India on the India Pakistan border), which was captured by the Indian army in 1971 war.
- On the way, visit Turtuk and Tyakshi.
- Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Nubra - Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14,500ft. with a drive of 6-7hrs.
- On your arrival at the camp, enjoy your given leisure time .
- Also witness the colour changing lake and the beautiful sunset on its banks.
- Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.
Pangong Lake – Leh (Polo Match & Cultural Show ) (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx.)
- Early morning, enjoy an amazing sunrise over the lake.
- After breakfast, drive back to Leh, with stops at Thiksey for a traditional Ladakhi cuisine lunch.
- After lunch visit Thiksey monastery and Shey monastery.
- Continue your journey to Chuchot while witnessing an amazing traditional Ladakhi Polo match and their cultural show, showcasing the region's unique sporting heritage.
- Overnight stay in Leh.
Leh - Sham valley (170 kms / 5-6 hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, drive to Sham.
- On the way , make a visit to Sangam and pay respects at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and explore Likir monastery.
- Get the amazing view of beautiful Magnetic Hill.
- On the route , have your lunch.
- After lunch , drive to visit the mesmerizing moon- like landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery.
- Overnight stay in Sham.
Sham Valley - Padum (225 kms | 7-8 hrs approx.)
- Have breakfast, ahead of your way to Padum via Sirsir La (15,700ft.) and Singey La(16,590ft.).
- On the way, make a visit to Lingshed monastery.
- By evening, Reach to Padum and enjoy.
- Overnight stay in Padum.
Padum (104kms | 5-6 hrs approx.)
- Early in the morning , explore the main attractions of the local region like Zangla Palace, Stongdey Karsha and Sani Gompa.
- Overnight stay in Padum.
Padum - Jispa via Phuktal (150 kms / 6-7 hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, drive to Jispa via Shinku La (16, 580 ft.)
- On the route, visit Bardan and Phuktal monasteries.
- By evening, arrive in Jispa.
- Overnight stay in Jispa.
Jispa - Manali (95 kms/ 3-4 hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, drive your way to Manali via Atal Tunnel.
- Enjoy the scenic drive through Lahaul Valley along with Bhaga & Chandra River.
- Arrive to Manali by noon.
- Finally the journey comes to an end here.
